Cacao Ceremony – Heart to Heart

Cacao is an ancient medicine used for opening the heart and known as "the food of the gods.

Throughout the ages, cacao has been known as "the food for the Gods" for all the

heart-opening qualities that connect you closer to your spirit and the undeniable beauty of the universe. Filled with powerful nutrition and beneficial minerals, cacao not only tastes like heaven but also has unlimited healing potential that can be unleashed during the

ceremonial drinking.

All the Hershey and Cadbury bars are eternally distant from the real chocolate and all the great qualities and benefits. I do respect the Cacao Spirit and the beauty that it brings to our ceremony, so I use (without exceptions) the highest grade 100% cacao, ethically traded, grown in the purest conditions and harvested and prepared with love.

During the cacao drinking ceremony, I will create a sacred circle, where everyone will be able to share and connect to their hearts full of wisdom, magic, love, and beauty. The sound of drums and crystal bowls will send powerful vibrations, intensifying and harmonizing the whole experience. With our individual intentions we will engage with the energies of inner transformation and wellbeing. That said, we will also work as a group, sharing our experience in meeting the Cacao Spirit, meditating, consciously breathing, and connecting heart to heart.

Cacao is a non-hallucinogenic plant, so the whole ceremony from the special preparation of cacao to thankful drinking of it can only spark great changes. I genuinely encourage people to appreciate the cacao ceremony and let it open the heart chakra and ignite your inner enlightenment and spiritual journey.

When all is cleared away and you listen deeply, you can hear the heart within your heart.

We begin by sitting in sacred circle, honoring and connecting with the Cacao Spirit, and it is with gratitude we ask for our intentions to be heard. We will share a ceremonial preparation of Cacao and then serve the Cacao in liquid form, and drink together.
